Black Grouse & Goshawk in Action Photography Tour – Capture the Action of Spring in Finland!

Join us on an intensive wildlife photography tour focused on two of Finland’s most captivating bird species – the Black Grouse and the Goshawk. This tour is perfectly timed for the dramatic Black Grouse lek, one of the most breathtaking displays in nature, where males compete in a spectacular show of strength and dominance.

Mornings are dedicated to photographing Black Grouse in stunning spring light, with the chance for magical backlit images as they perform on the snow-covered ground. In the afternoons, we shift our focus to the fierce and fast-moving Goshawks, which regularly visit our dedicated site. With up to five individuals present, intense battles are possible, offering thrilling action shots of these powerful raptors.

"We did a spring photography tour to Finland with Finnature last week. Week was great although very cold - -28 degrees on some mornings was not normal for this time of the year! So Black Grouse were not active. But instead, the group visited Finnature’s Forest feeder hides for Goshawk and Eagle Owl. The group told that Finnature’s Forest feeder is the best place in the world to photograph Goshawks!"
