In Kuusamo, Capercaillie and Black Grouse lek actively and females visit the lek sites. In Oulu, Ruffs arrive from their wintering grounds and start lekking! Lekking week photography tour focuses on this hectic time and interesting behavior of these birds. During the tour one has a great opportunity to photograph mating grouse.

Landcost price: 3950 € / person, single supplement 430 €

Price includes: land transportation from Kuusamo to Oulu airport, all meals, accommodation, Finnature guiding and use of professional hides

"We did a spring photography tour to Finland with Finnature last week. Week was great although very cold - -28 degrees on some mornings was not normal for this time of the year! So Black Grouse were not active. But instead, the group visited Finnature’s Forest feeder hides for Goshawk and Eagle Owl. The group told that Finnature’s Forest feeder is the best place in the world to photograph Goshawks!"
